It’s quite simple really. If you provide us with your email, we will never ever pass it to anyone else. We promise!
If you’re kind enough to sign up to our email newsletter, we will email you occasionally with news, special offers and discounts. But we’ll always keep our emails infrequent, as we all know that there’s nothing worse than being bombarded, and you can unsubscribe with one click any time you get an email from us. Your data will be processed securely by MailChimp in a third country.
And that’s it really! Any questions, please get in touch.
What we do with your information
If you place an order, we will use your email address to inform you when your order is dispatched. We will also use it to contact you if there are any issues. We don’t do anything else at all with the information.
If you sign up to our email newsletter, or download an eBook, we will add your email to our mailing list. Your details are stored securely in our Mail Chimp account and will never be given or sold to a third party. As mentioned above, we will email you with news or special offers on an occasional basis. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link on an email newsletter, or by emailing us at email@example.com with ‘Unsubscribe’ as the email title. We will remove you from the list straight away.
You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee of £2.00 will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email us as soon as possible at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
